As a victim, What if a Judge was Requested to Stripe "You" of your freedom of Speech, Press...?

As of November 10, 2008, Schlumberger Limited defense attorney Amy Halevy of Bracewell & Guiliani requested a Federal Judge in Texas Southern District to Silence me. Therefore stripping me of my 1st Amendment. (freedom of speech, press...) . Due to knowledge of my constitutional rights, it did not happen. Ironically, I shared a video of an actual attempt hacking my personal computer in an attempt to destroy any possibility of evidence and/or with a purpose to sabotage the radio & talkshow, GenXTalksUrNews. GenXTalksUrNews Radio & Talkshow was inspired by the many victims of discrimination at the hands of oil service giant, Schlumberger Limited. The show itself acts as a vehicle of communication in the hopes of healing. Diverse topics are discussed with an objective of "breaking the lease on ignorance." It is due to being "silent" that Women, African Americans and other minorities remain victims of discrimination inside of oil services giant, Schlumberger Limited. Since the increase of lawsuits and EEOC reports, the following has happened:

- The hiring and/or promotion of more women
- The hiring and/or promotion of more African Americans and other minorities
- Increase of pay and/or bonus awards, or should I reference them as "KICKBACKS"
- Change in policies and/or development of training
- Increase of Women, African American and minorities included in "apprenticeship programs" (i.e. SETC, Lean Six - ----Sigma Green & Black belts, Advance Apprenticeships, ...)
- Active community services and extension of "donations"
- Donations and/or homes in the Gulf Coast and/or Texas areas (Hurricane Katrina, Gustav, Ike...) Why now and not 3 years ago in the devastation of "Katrina"??? (Kickbacks)
- Additional political "elbow" rubbing and brown nosing...
- Donations to activism and organization sponsorships...
- Increased levels of Plaintiff attorneys compromised, placing victims cases in jeopardy...
- "Rape" of the victims of Schlumberger Limited "Constitutional Rights"
- Wrongful termination(s)...
- Dismissal and/or Ethical Failures within the "Houston Legal System" (What are the chances of the Victims of Schlumberger Limited receiving a "Fair/Unbiased" trail, if one at all???
- Misc...

If you think these "Ethical failures" do not affect you, JUST WAIT!!! Gas prices may be declining, but "JUST WAIT"!!! Do You know what's in your drinking water??? How about the fact that Schlumberger was found "Guilty" in regards to perjury and illegal visas...??? How can you ensure, a few illegal visas were not related to 911???

Please don't misunderstand, I am ecstatic over these changes, but "How Long will they Last"??? I would say, after all of the victims of Schlumberger Limited has been officially silenced. STOP THE HATE HAPPENING BY SCHLUMBERGER LIMITED IN 2008. As we have witnessed, "CHANGE" is already in the air. Join together in holding this criminal corporation accountable for decades of abuse.
