Should we as Afrikan people support Pan Afrikanist that support presidents of Afrikan nations that support the UN organizations like the IMF, WHO, UNICEF, and Africom Etc.?

Is It time to lower the hammer on our Brothas and Sistas who call themselves supporting Afrika, but support the people running those Nation who are destroying those Nations. Just because they had a Demon-Cratic election to elect those so called presidents of Afrikan nations they still support the IMF like Ghana.
