I am the CEO/Founder of The Harambee Leadership Academy, Inc. located in Columbus, Ohio. We focus primarily in leadership development for women of the Diaspora; however, we are expanding to offer programming in other areas, such as the ex-offender population.

Why do you think Black unity is important ?

It is not effective to have a Black president if the people are not united and ready to take positions of leadership.
